TERMS OF SHIPMENT
The Seller guarantees to do everything in their power to respect the delivery times indicated and, in any case, to deliver within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the date on which the Customer has sent the order and the confirmation of payment. In case of non-execution of the order by the Seller, due to temporary unavailability of the Product, and despite the confirmation of the order, and confirmation of payment, the Seller shall provide written notice to the Customer and will promptly refund any amount already paid. The Customer agrees to check no later than three (3) days from receipt of the Products, the correctness of the delivery and the inclusion of all and only the Products purchased within that period, and to inform the Seller of any defective Products received or differences from the order placed within 14 days. Slight differences and imperfections are to be considered a proof of a handmade quality and of the unique character and origin of the products. In any case, the Customer is requested to provide photographic proof of any defect, with the product visibly placed inside it's original package. If the package or the packages of products ordered by the Customer reach their destination in a visibly damaged condition, the Customer is asked to refuse the delivery by the shipping agent or to sign a "Goods unchecked" delivery proof. Once the deadline referred to in the preceding paragraph is reached, without the Customer having made claims against the shipping agent, the Products delivered shall be deemed as finally accepted by the Client.

and wish to exchange
an item purchased on our website with any other item available, we are happy to cover
for all cost of transport

In case no exchange is available or suitable, we are happy to refund any new and un-worn item with its original tags following notification within 14 days of the delivery date. As long as customer keep an item while returning other items of their order, Harris Wharf London will happily cover the return cost of the unsuitable styles.
When no item is kept from a given order, part of the return fee will be deducted from the refund. A list of an approximate cost of return is listed below but we will check with our freight forwarder the actual amount for each return.

REASON FOR THE RETURN
Harris Wharf London will provide a return label for you (we need at least one working day) indicating the nearest access point where to bring the box. Once the return is received to the warehouse in Italy, the previously declared cost will be deducted from the refund.
After you wrote to firstname.lastname@example.org you should wait the return label and all customs documents (please note that we need at least one working day), Harris Wharf London will then send you all the instruction to return and ask you to bring the box to the nearest access point that will be indicated.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you receive the article(s) damaged, and anyway within 14 days
from the date you received your order. Please take care when you are trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition with the original tag attached.
Insert the item to be returned and all the material you received in the original packaging (whenever possible), and seal the package securely with tape. Remove any other labels from the package. Attach the return label to the package. For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we arrange the return via courier. If you wish to arrange the retun by your preferred means and at your cost, please ship the box to the following address: Harris Wharf London, Lungo Dora Pietro Colletta n° 113/8, 10153 - Turin - Italy.
Please note that in this case Harris Wharf London is not responsible for return postage cost, insurance cost, lost or undelivered items.
Processing time for refunds is usually 3-5 working days
from when the return package is received. We will refund the purchase price for the item(s) excluding any tax paid and less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with the same products, within thirty days.
