    Harris Wharf London is happy to offer you free shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped the following day, Monday to Friday from 10:00-17:00 EST. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the Monday. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address provided during checkout. During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be transmitted and shipment to be made.
    The delivery of the purchased products takes place on average 3/5 working days for Europe and 10/15 working days for the United States. It is possible to ship goods to United Kingdom, the United States, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Andorra, Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Holy See (Vatican City State), Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Isle Of Man, Israel, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Svalbard And Jan Mayen.
    The Seller guarantees to do everything in their power to respect the delivery times indicated and, in any case, to deliver within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the date on which the Customer has sent the order and the confirmation of payment. In case of non-execution of the order by the Seller, due to temporary unavailability of the Product, and despite the confirmation of the order, and confirmation of payment, the Seller shall provide written notice to the Customer and will promptly refund any amount already paid. 
    The Customer agrees to check no later than three (3) days from receipt of the Products, the correctness of the delivery and the inclusion of all and only the Products purchased within that period, and to inform the Seller of any defective Products received or differences from the order placed within 14 days. Slight differences and imperfections are to be considered a proof of a handmade quality and of the unique character and origin of the products. In any case, the Customer is requested to provide  photographic proof of any defect, with the product visibly placed inside it's original package. If the package or the packages of products ordered by the Customer reach their destination in a visibly damaged condition, the Customer is asked to refuse the delivery by the shipping agent or to sign a "Goods unchecked" delivery proof. 
    Once the deadline referred to in the preceding paragraph is reached, without the Customer having made claims against the shipping agent, the Products delivered shall be deemed as finally accepted by the Client. 

      
    HOW TO RETURN 

    We are sure you will love your new Harris Wharf London piece, but we will be happy to refund or exchange any new and un-worn item with its original tags followinf notification within 14 days of the delivery date.

    2.1 FOR EXTRA-EU CUSTOMERS

    Harris Wharf London will create a return label for all extra-EU customers. You will receive this return label plus commercial invoice (and dual use for USA) from Harris Wharf London by e-mail.

    Please print:
    - 1 copy of the return label
    - 3 copies of the commercial invoice

    The return delivery cost will be incurred by you, thereby we will deduct $50 (for returns from the United States), 50€ (rest of the world extra-EU), 6200¥ (from Japan) from your initial payment and refund the remaining amount once we receive the item(s). 


    3. RETURN INFORMATION:

    Please inform us as soon as possible if you receive the article(s) damaged, and anyway within 14 days from the date you received your order.

    Insert the item to be returned and all the material you received in the original packaging (whenever possible), and seal the package securely with tape. Remove any other labels from the package. Attach the return label to the package. We must receive your return within 30 days from the date you received your order.

    For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records. Harris Wharf London is not responsible for return postage cost, insurance cost, lost or undelivered items.

    Please take care when you are trying on garments, as all products must be returned in a new, unused and undamaged condition with the original tag attached. 


    REFUND 
    Processing time for refunds is usually 3-5 working days from when the return package is received. We will refund the purchase price for the item(s) excluding any tax paid and less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with the same products, within thirty days. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or replacement request.
